Michael Gallagher

President and Lead Consultant

Michael Gallagher is the President of Power Dynamics, LLC. Michael is a veteran of the United States Coast Guard and a diverse business professional with an eclectic background in program management, compliance, training, aviation operations, and law enforcement. He has strong leadership and motivational skills and a proven ability to quickly build rapport, establish trust, and train and motivate people of all levels. Michael is known for his professionalism, positive mental attitude, and commitment to excellence which is demonstrated by his ability to interact effectively within all levels of an organization.

Michael’s career in law enforcement sparked his love for psychology and the human mind. He attended Saint Leo University where he graduated with his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. He continued his education and a short time later graduated with his Master’s in Business Administration from Saint Leo University. Michael has worked alongside organizational leadership development teams to help deliver courses about body language and kinesics in the business setting. This experience led Michael to continue to pursue his education, this time in the world of Business Psychology. Michael is currently attending The Chicago School of Professional Psychology with a Consulting Track and is anticipated to graduate with his Ph.D. in August of 2019.

Michael is responsible for research, product development, developing and delivering consultancy services tailored to client’s specific needs for Power Dynamics, LLC. He is also the liaison to the client and manages the coordinating and testing of training on all consultancy projects.


Debbie Gallagher

Managing Director

Debbie Gallagher is the Managing Director of Power Dynamics, LLC. Debbie is a young and talented business professional that brings a wealth of experience to Power Dynamics, LLC in the form of marketing with an emphasis on digital multimedia, operations management, compliance, and professional coaching. Debbie has a broad background in business operations to include customer service, training, compliance, marketing, and professional development.

Debbie is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Power Dynamics, LLC. She leads the organizations branding and marketing, digital multimedia, client relations, and the scheduling of all consults and training events that Power Dynamics, LLC provides. Debbie also leads the organization’s Individual Development group. She is well versed in this field as she has experience writing and editing resumes for US Armed Service members that have separated from the military. A veteran of the United States Army, Debbie understands how critical the time of separation from the military is. She is passionate about helping service members succeed after separation.
